• Taxes and Fees: You are responsible for any taxes or transaction fees (including international transfer fees or SWIFT charges) associated with your purchase.

• Our Content: The escoff.ai platform, including its interface, AI agents, "tool card" logic, and branding, is the exclusive property of escoff.ai and its licensors.

• User Recipes: We believe in the creative autonomy of the chef. Recipes generated through your interaction with our AI canvas are generally considered your "User Content." You grant escoff.ai a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and process this content to provide and improve our Services.

• AI-Generated Elements: Please note that the copyrightability of AI-generated content (such as plating images or text blocks) may vary by jurisdiction.

5. AI Accuracy and Culinary Disclaimer

• "As-Is" Advice: escoff.ai utilizes advanced AI agents to provide culinary suggestions. However, these suggestions are generated by algorithms and should be treated as a creative starting point rather than professional health or safety advice.

• Health and Allergies: You are solely responsible for verifying the safety of any recipe, including checking for allergens, ensuring proper cooking temperatures, and verifying the toxicity of any ingredient suggested. escoff.ai is not liable for any adverse reactions, illness, or injury resulting from the use of recipes generated on the platform.

• Mathematical Scaling: While our standardization engine uses professional scaling logic, users should verify calculations before execution in a commercial or high-stakes environment.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the intellectual property of others.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI agents or the standardization engine.

• Use the "snap" pantry feature to upload images that contain personally identifiable information or sensitive data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, escoff.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data resulting from your use of the platform.
